Detailed description:
1. Double-station low-pressure injection molding machine station
adopts top injection system. The models designed for various
injection-molded encapsulation products are more reasonable and
reliable, especially for the design of the left and right parallel
continuous wire outlet line molds.
2. The operating table and the sol system adopt a split layout,
which is flexible to use.
3. The glue gun is connected by the glue tube and the glue tank;
the structure is compact and the performance is stable.
4. The mold clamping adopts a gas-liquid pressurized cylinder with
greater clamping force, which is suitable for mass production of
products with large injection area and large injection volume.
5. Computer touch screen man-machine interface, real-time
monitoring and simulation display man-machine control system.
6. The injection pressure is adjustable, and there is a temperature
control module to accurately monitor the temperature.
7. Two-hand switch mold clamping, safety grating, emergency stop
switch to ensure safe operation.
8. The duplex low pressure injection molding machine molds are easy
to replace, and there is a product ejection device in the
worktable, which is convenient for taking out the product.
9. Double-station low-pressure injection molding machine, the
machine is designed according to ergonomic footboard, which is
